Auto Insurance Claims Are Up 21% Nationwide

National Insurance Crime Bureau reports that suspicious auto insurance claims went up about 21% this year nationwide. The result of this of course will be higher premium payments from car owners.

Car owners with a good driving and credit history will be less affected by this rise in auto insurance premium payments, however the individuals that aren’t considered  “safe drivers” by their car insurance company will pay the most for their car insurance.

All this havoc is due to the financial crisis that started in 2009. People are now filling more suspicious, if not downright fraudulent car insurance claims all over the country. Everyone is going to end up paying more for this trend as a result.
